In today’s joint meeting, the management board and the supervisory board of Good Brands AG resolved amicably and jointly to end the appointment of Matthias Storch as a member of the management board of the company with effect from 16.05.2025. Matthias Storch was therefore removed from office as a member of the management board of Good Brands AG in the supervisory board meeting of 16.05.2025.
