What exactly do I get as a founder?
You receive 60% equity in a company founded for this purpose, a jointly developed product, a secured salary as a safety net from incorporation, €100–150k starting capital and access to our entire network and infrastructure.
What does taking part cost me?
Taking part is free. Your only financial contribution is your part of your company's share capital. That is 60% of €25,000, i.e. €15,000, which you provide to the company you run. This ensures that the shares really belong to you.
How long does the process take?
From the first conversation to the company build usually takes 4–8 weeks. The ad test itself runs for about 2 weeks.
Do I have to quit my job before I apply?
No. The application and the initial ad test can happen alongside your job. Only after successful validation and the founding of the company do we expect a full-time commitment.
Which products are available?
If you have an idea burning in the back of your mind, we are all in. Of course we also have a portfolio of product concepts from various D2C categories (health, beauty, food, supplements, etc.). Together we find the best fit in conversation and develop the product further with you.
