Today Good Brands AG sold its stake in FLBE Health GmbH. The proportionate fixed purchase price amounts to 466 TEUR. The total investment amount for the stake in FLBE Health GmbH was 50 TEUR. Based on the business performance in 2024 and 2025 and a corresponding achievement of targets, further additional purchase price payments of up to 250 TEUR have been contractually agreed.
