Good Brands AG: Success-based remuneration of 925 TEUR.

In addition to managing its own portfolio companies, Good Brands also looks after strategic partners in the area of portfolio management and EXIT preparations. Alongside a fixed monthly remuneration, this agreement also provides for success-based remuneration. A transaction accompanied by Good Brands was completed today, and Good Brands receives remuneration of around 925 TEUR from it.
