Good Brands AG: Portfolio streamlining – write-downs

Today the management board of Good Brands AG decided not to support the portfolio companies Carrus Cultus GmbH and PHYNE GmbH financially any further and to carry out a portfolio streamlining. The write-downs total EUR 5.1 million, which are made up essentially of the write-downs on Carrus Cultus GmbH of around EUR 1.7 million and the write-down on PHYNE GmbH of around EUR 3.1 million.
